Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Social media marketing
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Interact with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering questions through the company’s social pages
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Preparing sales reports
  • Prepare and circulate marketing communication materials including price quotations, special offers, dealer agreements, customer’s presentations, trade presentations, product brochures and other related items.
  • Management and updating the company websites.
  • Generate online quality traffic for the website.

Qualifications and Experience

  • College degree/diploma; additional qualification as sales Secretary will be a plus
  • In-depth knowledge on effective social media marketing techniques
  • Technical understanding of Audio Visual hardware will be an added advantage.
  • 3 years and above of experience in Marketing/PR/Customer Service/Content Writing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to perform well in a team as well as individually.
