Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Creative Director to create a marketing strategy for every company and map out the tasks needed to implement that strategy.
  • Responsible for creating content for marketing campaigns and creating monthly dashboards for various activities
  • Ensure customers and management are satisfied with the proposed marketing campaigns. 
  • Manage and supervise multiple projects and teams (design, production, print, media).
  • Review the content calendar for the companies’ blog and social media accounts.
  • Co-ordinate with the group’s subsidiary teams to facilitate functions such as organizing exhibitions and handling events
  • Manage the production of video-related content with the in-house and outsourced teams.
  • Build and maintain partner relationships (suppliers of products and services). 
  • Plan and maintain project timelines and budgets and ensure resources are allocated according to project needs. 
  • Ensure liaison between Creative Director and graphic designers to create print and digital advertisements. 
  • Where needed, commissioning freelancers to deliver diverse services.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field. 
  • Atleast 5 years relevant experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics as well as requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in creating successful marketing plans, strategy and campaigns
  • Ability to oversee end-to-end execution of marketing activities
  • Solid knowledge of marketing, brand, and design principles and development 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. 
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills. 
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong creative mind
  • Experience in project management
  • Good relationship and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience leading and managing teams.
  • Commercial consciousness for getting the right solutions at the right value for money.
