This well established UK Charity are going through a on-going digital transformation. They are looking for a Business Applications Manager who has good experience leading teams, and all-round knowledge of M365 applications. The role will be leading a team of Applications Support Analysts (4/5), acting as a key escalation point, whilst working closely with the Technology Service Delivery Manager to help ensure all M365 applications are supported to deliver the best solutions possible.

Their HQ is based in London, however they are happy to consider applicants on more of a remote base, with only occasional visits to their office.

Essential skills:

  • Microsoft operating systems (desktop and server)
  • Microsoft 365 suite of Applications (SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Power Platform etc)
  • Service Management tools (ideally Cherwell)
  • Team leadership

Nice to have:

  • SQL Server Reporting and Administration is desirable
  • Microsoft Certifications
