Our client is a small, fast-growing digital agency that specializes in delivering strategic brand and marketing services to mid-market, US-based companies. They are seeking a Content Marketer to both enhance their internal brand marketing (through personal branding efforts on LinkedIn and Twitter) and client digital marketing campaigns for their clientele. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual proficient in social media marketing, copywriting, and content creation who is excited to contribute to the agency’s growth and online presence.

Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home), 8 AM – 5 PM EST role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research Industry Trends: Research, understand, and respond to content marketing trends as they impact digital agencies, and relevant client industries.
  • Social Media Marketing and Management: Develop and implement social media marketing strategies initially on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram, but grow to other popular platforms as opportunities arise.
  • LinkedIn Marketing: Actively manage and enhance the client’s brand on LinkedIn through strategic content creation, networking, and community engagement.
  • Posting Cadence and Automation: Create social media calendars and automate posts across multiple platforms.
  • Copywriting: Craft on-brand, engaging copy for social media posts, email marketing campaigns, and other content as needed.
  • Community Engagement: Network on behalf of clients, including following people and engaging with them through social media interactions.
  • Content Repurposing: Convert long-form content into shorter content for social media platforms (both written and video) like reels, shorts, and TikToks.
  • Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with Canva, and experience with social media automation tools like Hootsuite or Publer.
  • Email Marketing: Experience in email marketing is considered a plus.

  • Increased Brand Presence: Effectively growing the client’s personal brand and client engagement through innovative social media strategies.
  • Community Growth: Building and maintaining a strong online community through consistent engagement and networking.
  • Creative Content Impact: Producing visually appealing and compelling content that resonates with the target audience.


  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing.
  • Proven track record of growing social media channels.
  • Strong copywriting skills and proficiency in content creation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt strategies quickly to stay up to date with current social media trends.
