Home-based Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

Job Description

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in achieving our business targets through strategic planning, content creation, and performance analysis.

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to improve results across leads, sales, social followers, website traffic, and conversions
  • Create, design, implement and optimise social, email and marketing content
  • Work on campaign planning, list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis
  • Measure, track, benchmark, and provide insights for digital marketing activities to continuously improve performance
  • Create metrics and produce quality, timely reporting (monthly, quarterly, and yearly) using social tools and Google Analytics
  • Monitor and analyse industry trends
  • Develop and maintain content calendars to ensure timely execution of campaigns
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback, generate ideas to enhance engagement

Qualifications:

  • 3 years+ experience in digital marketing
  • Marketing qualifications in digital marketing, or a related field
  • Data-driven with solid understanding of digital marketing solutions, channels and technologies
  • High proficiency in social, email marketing automation and SEO platforms
  • Articulate and professional communication skills
  • Detailed understanding of online metrics and knowledge of analytics technologies
  • Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions
  • Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to use initiative and prioritise effectively
  • Comfortable pitching marketing ideas to management and understand what is good for brand awareness and driving revenue
  • Strong attention to detail
  • SEO Knowledge
  • Previous experience working with Canva is advantageous

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday; 9AM to 6PM (Manila Time)

Work location:

  • Home-based
  • Should have a strong internet connection (minimum of 20 MBPS)
