Marketing Manager at Subaru Kenya

Job Description

• We are seeking for a self driven candidate who can work in the capacity of a Marketing Manager. He/she shall be reporting to the Group sales & marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing marketing strategy resulting in revenue growth, identifying convertible leads, creating and building the brand of the company internally and externally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products and expand & develop marketing portfolios.
• Implement all marketing plans with desired level of productivity, effectiveness and efficiency within time and cost.
• Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for company products.
• Develop the company brand both internally and externally.
• Develop, implement and continuously update marketing policies and procedures.
• Manage all marketing, branding, advertisement & promotional activities.
• Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities to promote company products. This will include the selection of product and accessories to be displayed during promotional activities and will be done in conjunction with sales departments.
• Gather market intelligence and monitor market trends, assessing demand for current product, future potential of the current product and potential for new product.
• E-commerce support.
• Manage the annual budget to cater for marketing projects and visibility as well as CSR projects.

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Business course- Sales and marketing preferred.
• Professional qualifications in marketing
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in marketing field.
• Solid experience in branding and market development
• Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite
