- Engage current members by providing continuous support and creating opportunities for networking and growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce impactful sales and promotional materials.
- Analyze performance metrics to enhance the effectiveness of sales and engagement activities.
- Stay updated with the latest in digital sales and community engagement trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital sales and member engagement or community management.
- Strong understanding of webinar tools and digital marketing strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM systems and community platforms such as Slack, Discord, or similar.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field is preferred.
