  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain members in our exclusive network of SMEs.
  • Engage current members by providing continuous support and creating opportunities for networking and growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce impactful sales and promotional materials.
  • Analyze performance metrics to enhance the effectiveness of sales and engagement activities.
  • Stay updated with the latest in digital sales and community engagement trends.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital sales and member engagement or community management.
  • Strong understanding of webinar tools and digital marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems and community platforms such as Slack, Discord, or similar.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field is preferred.
