Job Description
Job Description/Requirements
- Identify and map the target customers (corporate & non-corporate).Â
- Plan and organize initiatives like camps, seminars and conferences to increase product promotion participation and doctors’ referrals.Â
- Organize CMEs for promotion of the activities and services of the medical departments and specialties.Â
- Organize outreach programs with prospective patient communities.Â
- Assist in designing, printing brochures and marketing materials.Â
- Tracking leads mediated through above CMEs, camps and seminars etc. to tap new corporate tie-ups, convert referrals etc.Â
- Compile credible data on competitors / Market Analysis.Â
- Brand, communicate and position City Eye Hospital as a Hospital of choice through branded items like brochures, banners, flyers and advertising.Â
- Execute effective Media relations and identify opportunities to participate in media through ensuring availability of required media content such photo coverage, developing media invites and develop media contents.Â
- Execute a vibrant digital presence through the Hospital’s website and social media pages. This entails managing Face book, Instagram and Linked In pages, Twitter and ensuring constant posting in social media to keep it active.Â
- Assist in the creation of social media policy and brand manuals that guide its usage and expected outcomes.Â
- Regular marketing activities of the Hospital’s services through relevant outletsÂ
- Provide technical support for all communication matters, coordinate development of communication strategy and deliver communication objectives throughout the Hospital.Â
- Provide in-house public relations and marketing for the Hospital.Â
- Ensure generation of internal newsletter/e-newsletters and other communication material to updateÂ
- Cultivate strategic media visibility.Â
- Take part in company projects and any other duties as may be assigned by the functional supervisor or any other person placed in authority over you by the management.Â
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Professional demeanour and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skillsÂ
- Proactive and assertive with strong relational and networking skills.Â
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to meet strict deadlines under minimal supervision. Â
