We are looking for a Team Leader or Team Manager to join the business working across the European Energy market. In this role, you will be managing a team of 6 high billing consultants and report into our Regional Director (who won Director of the Year in 2023!).

About You:

• Proven experience and success in managing a team of recruitment consultants.
• Experience working in Energy Recruitment OR Europe (preferably Germany).
• Financially motivated
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Team Player
